Where are ANNA RAIDI pieces made? All Anna Raidi pieces are handmade in Portugal, Europe.
What are the ANNA RAIDI pieces made of? Anna Raidi pieces are handmade in Silver 925 or Silver 925 gold plated. If you want you can order any piece in gold. Please contact us at: info@annaraidi.com All pieces are certified by INCM Contrastaria in accordance with Portuguese Law No. 98/2015. This guarantee is the responsibility of the official agency INCM, which verifies the legal touch of the precious metal using the most modern analytical methods, supported by laboratories accredited by IPA. Please check the Contrastaria Trademark Map
Do you have a customer service? If you have any question or suggestion to make, send us an e-mail to info@annaraidi.com (And we will get back to you as soon as possible from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, Lisbon hour).
Will the gold plated colour last forever? Unfortunately the gold pieces of silver 925 have only a bath. This kind of treatment will fade with time due to its contact with skin, household products, perfume, hairspray, and many others.
How can I take care of my jewellery? To prevent tarnish of your jewellery, avoid wearing them when doing the following:
- Household and outdoor chores
- Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
- Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
- Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
- Preparing meals
- Sleeping
Store your jewellery in the individual bag when not in use. Clean your jewellery with a dry soft cloth or scrub it gently with a very soft toothbrush. Rinse it carefully in warm water and wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning products as they contain chemicals that can compromise the quality of your pieces over time. We also advise against the use of jewellery polishing cloths that have been treated with cleaning products or polishing agents. The oxidation of silver, loss of shine and the wear off of the gold plating are natural processes, it has no relation to the quality of the piece.
But if I want them to look bright and shiny like if it was new, do you have any solution? Yes, we have, we think that the Anna Raidi pieces should be used to their maximum, so we can repair them or renew the gold plating of any of our pieces. Please send an email to info@annaraidi.com and request a quotation by sending a photograph of the piece in question.
How can I know my ring size? We use diameter sizes. Check here how to measure your size.
Do I have gift option? We offer a range of Gift Vouchers you can purchase to offer your loved ones so they can choose the piece that suits them best or order from our custom-made pieces. The vouchers can be used once and are not refundable. For more details, email us to info@annaraidi.com
Why haven’t I received any order confirmation? If you can't find your Order Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise email us to info@annaraidi.com and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept? We offer three methods of payment, Paypal, Credit Card and MB WAY.
How much is the shipping cost? The shipping cost varies depending on the country of delivery. The shipment are sent through CTT ( Correios de Portugal ). The cost and time of shipping are as per the following:
- Portugal (mainland Portugal and Islands): 4 Euros, up to 5 working days
- European Union: 8 Euros, up to 7 working days
- Rest of the world: 15 Euros, shipping time depends on the country.
Due to the fact that some countries might be subject to customs charges which we are not responsible for.
What do I need to know about the shipping process? Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. This service includes delivery in hands with signature. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during working hours. If you are not at home we recommend that you give us an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to our Portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of order your order will be abandoned. We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for the payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union. Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order as Anna Raidi Jewellery does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, etc..).
When will my order arrive? As most of our pieces are handmade or custom made, please allow 14-21 working days for production + shipping time
Are there any additional fees involved? We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that the international orders may apply. However, no charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
Do I have the right of Warranty According to the legislation in Portugal, all articles are guaranteed for 2 years. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by the lack of precaution and improper use (eg, signs of use, marks or damages due to incidents, exposure to creams, perfumes, pool or sea water, etc.). Also, the disappearance of the gold plating, conditioned by the natural PH of each skin is not included in the guarantee.
