EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Exchange
We accept exchange items within 14 days maximum from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for exchange, the customer should email us within 14 days of receiving the piece to info@annaraidi.com indicating the piece to exchange and the proof of payment.
Exchange will only be accepted once the item has been returned in its original condition and packaging and upon presentation of a proof of payment. Items can be exchanged for another piece of the same value or higher after paying the shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will inform the customer by email if his request for exchange was accepted for replacement and how to proceed.
Please note that if the tests made by our quality control team prove that the item was already used, modified or damaged, we will not accept the exchange. The customer will be notified that the item was not accepted and it will be shipped back to them.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.
We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. Please note that for made to measure or custom-made products cannot be exchanged.
